My Neighbors Steve Marecek, Bob Schladweiler & Jim Fraser (Above - L To R) Assess The Damage
Done To Their Quonset Hut By A Rocket Attack On Danang Airbase In 1972. They Were All In The
Building When The Rocket Hit - Jim & Bob's Room Was On The Other Side Of The Wall At The Head Of
The Beds. The Rooms Were Seperated By A Mere ¼ Inch Thick Masonite Wallboard. Fortunately The
Rocket Was Armed With A Time Delay Fuse That Allowed The Floor To Absorb Most Of The Explosion.
